|Recommended: YesLeased sight unseen and it exceeded expectations — Overall very happy with Modera New Rochelle. What stands out is the modern and practical interior design, amenities, and most importantly the the support and attentiveness from the property staff. Noise can be an issue at times due to construction on the parts of the building that are not complete but do not think it will be an issue once that is complete.
