submitted by Octavio M. - |Recommended: Yes5 day review — Moved in 5 days ago and I don’t have anything negative to say currently. There were a few things that needed to be addressed during move in but they were resolved quickly by the staff here at Modera.

submitted by Katherine - |Recommended: YesFor the rent we are paying for those who are not in the lottery or government assistance program , we were expecting a higher-class way of living. We were disappointed. Management does not hold residents accountable, i.e., letting their pets urinate and defecate in the planters, having pets have accidents in the bldg. There should be a fine if this happens multiple times. The planters should be paved, or a fence be placed around all greenery. Several emails have been distributed to all of us. Also, the front desk staff are scanning people in the bldg and elevators without announcing. This is dangerous and also is an open door for crime to happen. Modera management staff, when leasing, emphasized that this is a community. There is NO sense of community here. No one cares. The attitude of someone else will pick it up or take care of it, needs to stop. HOLD RESIDENTS ACCOUNTABLE. Distribute fines Why do we all have to suffer for specific individuals.

It was me that drew attention to the bad reviews about Tatianna to management that caused them to leave a bunch of fake reviews. I just wanted them to do something about her. Living here is hell. Jasmine Rice Tatianna Jones are bullies, running this building like two 8th grade mean girls. They will ignore you, gossip about you to other residents, make false promises, and go out of their way to make you uncomfortable in your 4,000 apartment. Not a single soul here is renewing their leases - not even because of the rats, overpriced rent, dog attacks multiple police reports filed - nothing ever done by management , filthy hallway and elevators, drugs, and constant fire alarms - but because of Jasmine Tatiana. Everyone's moving to 25 Maple One Clinton Park. Mill Creek, do something about these weirdos before y'all end up having to sell this building, too. Consumer Review Fairness Act. Read It.

submitted by Bridget B. - |Recommended: YesLove it here — best place I’ve ever lived. Caring staff, always welcoming and kind. Very clean spaces. Could use more cleaning wipes in the gym lowering the music outside at night but other than that, zero complaints very excited to be living here.

Why is there black tape holding the signs together on the main lobby near elevator’s 1 button The deficiencies I listed are minor, Modera is a wonderful community.

Once you come in to see the apartments you say this is amazing and the staff greets you with a smile regards of your concerns. Then you get approve and they make sure that you have all the resources to move in. Finally, you walk in your apartment and breathe a sigh of relief because you have found a safe place to be that is your home. My family and I are happy to be apart of this community. There is no perfect apartment, but Modera is the closet community that can be considered perfect. Do not miss you opportunity to live in a community close to heaven

submitted by Shannon L. - |Recommended: YesThe dogs are kind of an issue — I like living here it’s cool. I wish we had another size apartment but it’s ok. The animals sometimes have accidents and not being aware of it you will step on it and track it in your home. I do believe the staff should be more strict with people who have dogs and pets. When it rains it smells like dog in the foyer. We just moved it like 2 months ago and already there is marks on the walls and people treat the public bathrooms horribly they urinate or what ever all over the toilets and won’t clean it. The parking expensive is expensive and so is the rent there isn’t ever any parking so I have to go across to the parking lot which is fine
