My apartment is characterized by its modernity and boasts an array of exceptional amenities. From the state-of-the-art gym to the rooftop sky lounge, the courtyard, and the pool, there is a constant stream of activities to engage in. Additionally, the golf simulation area is an outstanding amenity that further enhances the living experience.
Furthermore, I am highly satisfied with the exceptional service provided by the Modera staff. Tati, in particular, has been consistently pleasant, helpful, and responsive to my needs and requests.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend living at Modera New Rochelle. It offers a resort-style lifestyle that provides an exceptional living environment.

|Recommended: NoI’ve had a terrible experience after living here for over 3 years the manager sat on my order to get a new AC for a week and after a week tells me we have to check if it’s in stock. This week it’s going to be in the 80s and all I get is we’re working on it. There is no urgency or resolution to anything. This place only takes your money and doesn’t give luxury in return which they claim they’re a luxury building.
|Recommended: YesModera — Very clean and maintenance staff responds quickly to close out tickets. Leasing staff very professional. New bldg policy to secure safety regarding deliveries can be annoying but safety is a priority here.

|Recommended: Yes5 day review — Moved in 5 days ago and I don’t have anything negative to say currently. There were a few things that needed to be addressed during move in but they were resolved quickly by the staff here at Modera.

|Recommended: YesFor the rent we are paying for those who are not in the lottery or government assistance program , we were expecting a higher-class way of living. We were disappointed. Management does not hold residents accountable, i.e., letting their pets urinate and defecate in the planters, having pets have accidents in the bldg. There should be a fine if this happens multiple times. The planters should be paved, or a fence be placed around all greenery.
Several emails have been distributed to all of us. Also, the front desk staff are scanning people in the bldg and elevators without announcing. This is dangerous and also is an open door for crime to happen. Modera management staff, when leasing, emphasized that this is a community. There is NO sense of community here. No one cares. The attitude of someone else will pick it up or take care of it, needs to stop. HOLD RESIDENTS ACCOUNTABLE. Distribute fines Why do we all have to suffer for specific individuals.

|Recommended: NoI apologize to those who have moved here because of these reviews. It was me that drew attention to the bad reviews about Tatianna to management that caused them to leave a bunch of fake reviews. I just wanted them to do something about her.
Living here is hell. Jasmine Rice Tatianna Jones are bullies, running this building like two 8th grade mean girls. They will ignore you, gossip about you to other residents, make false promises, and go out of their way to make you uncomfortable in your 4,000 apartment.
Not a single soul here is renewing their leases - not even because of the rats, overpriced rent, dog attacks multiple police reports filed - nothing ever done by management , filthy hallway and elevators, drugs, and constant fire alarms - but because of Jasmine Tatiana. Everyone's moving to 25 Maple One Clinton Park.
Mill Creek, do something about these weirdos before y'all end up having to sell this building, too.
