submitted by Tyese W. - |Recommended: YesVacation living — When I first came to tour I was very pleased and immediately fell in love just from the lobby. The atmosphere of the build give off luxury hotel. The build always smells very good and so peaceful. The staff is friendly and caring. Community gatherings gives residents and staff the chance to interact and get to know each other. Very pleased with the help of door service both package delivery and trash velvet. So far so good. Don’t think about take a tour and sign that lease you will not regret it.

The people who are not versed in living on their own, to those who are looking to find a community atmosphere after being in buildings that didn’t care. Here it is a family and everyone knows everyone. The leasing team here is the finest group of people I have ever met. If you’re looking for a new place, this is definitely it.

Tatiana and Harry have made my transition so unbelievably seamless I give many thanks to them both for making something usually so stressful very easy. Please do not hesitate to view this beautiful brand new property I promise you’ll love every bit. The genuine concern and professionalism has been unmatched.

Management is so attentive and quickly resolves any issues that may arise issues hardly arise because the building is so perfect . It is rare that building management really cares about tenants- that is not an issue at the Modera It is a dream living here

submitted by Ariel - |Recommended: YesI toured the Modera today and truly cannot find a single word of criticism. Scheduling the tour was incredibly seamless, and the leasing staff was great. The building itself is spectacular, there is a true attention to detail. Everything is clean and well-maintained in each of the common spaces, and the units I saw were immaculate. Upon leaving the building, I felt relieved and excited as opposed to stressed and pressured as I've felt leaving other buildings. The incentives are attractive, making the Modera truly a top contender

submitted by Anita M. - |Recommended: YesAdditional feedback from leasing process doesn't need to be a public review — I already filled out my move-in survey, and have struggled with whether to bring up this incident from when we were filling out the paperwork to move in, but I figured I'd provide additional feedback so that maybe it can be a teachable moment to avoid a similar situation from happening again. When we applied for our apartment, I a woman applied as the primary tenant, and my partner a man was the co-applicant. Our lease has my name listed first, as does our edited lease from when an error from the original lease was corrected. Every step of the way, this was how we were listed, and we were both fine with that, since I handled the brunt of the leasing process for us. When we got our Welcome Home letter, I noticed that Ricky who prepared the letter listed my partner first, rather than myself. On top of that, he named the file partner's name - Welcome Home for my partner's copy, but didn't even bother to rename the file from Copy of partner's name - Welcome Home for the copy that made it to my portal. Frankly, this came across as very sexist, because it looked like Ricky went out of his way to list the man first on this specific document when that wasn't the case on any other ones , made sure to include the man's name on his copy, and then didn't even bother to update the woman's copy to include her own name. When I met Ricky for our pre-move in checklist appointment, he came across as friendly and personable, and was helpful in answering my questions and getting us a copy of the checklist afterwards. I didn't want to bring it up in person, because the experience of working with him face to face was good overall, and I didn't want to make it awkward, especially given that this was 2 days before the beginning of a new lease, and I didn't want to start on a bad note before we even lived here. However, I'm bringing it up now, so that maybe this can be a teachable moment that it's 2022, and the man isn't automatically the partner who handles business with landlords, utility companies, and the like. It comes across as sexist when these kinds of assumptions are made, and while I don't think Ricky deserves punishment or to lose his job over an incidence like this, it might be worth bringing up and providing additional training to avoid something like this happening to someone else in the future.

What stands out is the modern and practical interior design, amenities, and most importantly the the support and attentiveness from the property staff. Noise can be an issue at times due to construction on the parts of the building that are not complete but do not think it will be an issue once that is complete.
